Recycling Process
Through our bottle-to-bottle recycling initiative, we’re giving bottles new life as safe, high-quality packaging for food and beverages, supporting a more circular future.
PET and HDPE bottles are collected after consumer use and then brought into the Clean Tech facility.
Bottles are then sorted by color and material type, ground into flakes, and then washed.
The material is then extruded into pellet and sold to manufacturers to re-join the circular stream.
Our post-consumer recycled resin is converted into a new bottle.
These new bottles are filled with product and placed on store shelves to be purchased.

Our bottle-to-bottle approach to recycling is a closed-loop system that helps reduce waste, lower carbon emissions, and promote sustainability by continuously reusing plastic instead of producing new material.
